As for the reason you should build galeforce over kraken slayer is cause galeforce is just better that kraken for jhin. The dash is really useful for executing ppl with it using it to get in range of 4tg"

Posted a Comment: "This is a pretty good tier list but i have a couple questions.first should morgana be at the enchant tier because while she does have her black shield she doesnt have any other way to buff allies and the rest of her kit is damage and engage. Also scendly while brand can do some good poke shouldnt he"
