If you have mana regen runes and are still mana hungry, then you're abusing your abilities too much or are simply not landing them. Greater Seal of Clarity would actually be a better route to take instead of having flat mana runes for your seals."

Your item build doesn't really a strong core build, it's just a lot of health, 40% magic pen and a random ghost blade flung into there. I think that you should rethink this build a little more. "

I recommend rethinking your choice in items overall. Along with that Sion's passive is not the worst passive ever. It's what makes laning as sion a bit"
