"Solo queue tier list wise, bard is and probably will always be garbage. Not to mentiom, the tell on his ult is fairly obvious. Sire, ziggs ult is similar in tell, but it has a much larger radius in comparison. I dont see bard ever being strong for solo queue until a rework happens.
