While I DO agree with you on exhaust being greater then cleanse for the most part, their are situations where having it would be more useful. And in some (albeit rare) situations, it's much better even then"

You need at least SOME survivability if you want to do well in any higher level of play, and 95% of the time you should end the game LONG before you get enough gold"
