Posted a Comment: "I only build Ludens because I think magic pen is the best stat on Syndra so I would typically just go ludens sorcs shadow void. This will allow you to one shot just about everyone except mr stacking tanks."

Posted a Comment: "Phase rush is important to escape ganks in laning phase allowing you to play aggressive in lane. Also it's very important for side laning if you don't have R or Phase rush side laning vs certain champions becomes impossible."
