"Any champion that uses almost no auto-attacks.
A champion like Ezreal or Corki, who focus primarily on burst damage from skills, are champions I'll start considering I-edge on. Other champions like Renekton, who are purely reliant on skills, I will still be building the Bloodthirster."

Manamune is especially good when you need to split push lanes - Ryze can then easily push, compared to AP ryze (which only gets 20% AP on his auto attacks)"
