"Le Blanc is NOT an end-game carry. She tapers off heavily after early and mid game. Chances are you think she's an end-game carry because she can easily get fed early game, but with an average early game her late game will be even more mediocre."

"Teemo is also great to climb out of ELO hell with, because he provides free map awareness that your team is often too stupid to get. Not to mention the fact that past 6, teemo can virtually eliminate ganks with a few well-placed shrooms."
