"Even though the black cleaver change was a nerf to warwick, it was a buff to every other ranged carry. Before it was situational, now it's a much more common pick."

"Am I missing something? 4 skills that scale on AP? As far as I know, his Q and R scale off of AD, and his innate affects his auto-attacks. Only his W and his E scale off of AP, as far as I know."
