Posted a Comment: Mar 4th, 2011 "If you're going to make Akali/Kat your main, definitely go for Magic pen reds. Health quints are universally good, so just get those and use them on everything. Magic resist blues and armor yellows is a good general combination, or maybe dodge yellows and cooldown reduction blues would be best. "
