I find soraka to be great against alistar, because it's really obvious when ali is moving in to combo, and thus you can silence him and prevent all possible combo'ing of your carry. This works on taric too, but you mentioned that. "

"Junglers will be affected by this, but otherwise it's a massive and amazing change.
Junglers need the exp mastery to reach level 4 at the end of their jungle, so they'll either need to go X/X/16 or X/X/21. "
