The mighty "Cull" on Kennen top lane :)
I have purchased Cull a few times for Kennen in the toplane, after having a good start in the game.
But i actually see it working on Kennen top in general!...

"Yeah i know DMP sounds like a prefect rammus item but i really dont think it is.
I mean its not exactly a cheap item, and since it doesnt offer much in teamfights, you would have to get it really early imo. Since laning phase is over quite early in most games.

Why are people buying Dead mans plate on Rammus?
Every Rammus jungle i see rushes DMP and i really dont get it.
I mean you should be fast enough with Q and Rammus already got a slow on Q. I think either rushing Aegis, Thornmail or Warmogs is...

Does Runic Armor mastery affect Barrier?
I would think it does since Barrier is categorized as a Shiekd, also does anyone know for sure if spellvamp and runic armor works ?
