"if the turrets are that much of a problem, just smite one of them, or play a jungler that has a displacement effect like lee sin. it also helps to have a champion with high mobility, to get away from the turrets"

"Maokai, Malph and Garen and Braum are the only true "Tanks" imo. They are the only ones that have % damage reduction on one of their spells. Imo, that's the only thing that can kind of 'manage against' %penetration coming from last whisper and void staff.
