it's not so much the itemization that will cause you to beat him - rather, your ability to read him. If you can apprehend him into melee range, you can punish him... like, REALLY hard. If...

"Yeah i've noticed that E is a lot easier to land than Q. Quite frankly, I was amazed that amanda was able to land so many starcalls in our last inhouse game; The projectile seems so slow whenever I try to cast it as soraka."
