Well I mean it will vary vastly between leagues. In Diamond, consistently having above a 4.00 KDA is considered quite good.

"What I dislike about blitzcrank, is that it can be REALLY bad if you hook the wrong person. If you hook an enemy amumu, welll, then you just gave your opponents a free initiate.
