"Some supports go 9/0/21, or 4/5/21 to get 10% CDR from masteries. I can say that it makes maxing your CDR a lot nicer, especially when you need a special kind of boot, and don't want to be 'forced' into CDR boots"

"I'd say the same. It'd be more suitable to say that going against a nami as morgana is annoying.
Even so, morg only needs to hit 1 dark binding to delete nami - especially if she's level 6 and the lanes had recalled to shop"

"Yeh, it must be really tough to be a high elo playing in these inhouses. Whenever i play with silver friends and either not try, or do badly, I always ALWAYS get flak from both my teammates and my opponents. I can imagine it's all the more annoying being challenger tier"
