Posted a Comment: "yeh, it's a tough tradeoff. For the 2600 gold i'd probably just get a ravenous hydra for jarman instead. Jarvan can have mana problems in lane, but it's nothing that some mana potions can't handle. Jayce is on a whole other spectrum when it comes to burning mana though"

It may be a little hard to land phosphorous bomb on him when he gets relentless pursuit, but if you can land a Q + AA on lucian before he gets his dash, or when lucian is CCed, you'll probably win the trade"
