"I'll keep the guide updated following the raka nerfs. The nerfs are pretty bad, but overall, they shouldn't change her playstyle a whole lot.
IMO if they wanted to nerf soraka's early game, all they needed to do was include a minimum flat health cost on her astral infusion."
