"I did a ranked with singed last night. I found that while my tear of the goddess didn't get charged until the 20-23 minute mark, I didn't think it was much of a hindrance.
As singed, i usually rush tear of the goddess - as you likely do too. I found that whiole tear now yields less mana gain/mi"

"Actually, teeto's blinding shot doesn't even apply lich bane. It DOES reset your autoattack timer though, which gives the illusion that blinding shot can be kind of a nuke :P
