If you want some unsolicited advice, I'd suggest keeping a journal (basically a diary), and just write whatever's on your mind in your journal. Doing that helped me deal with the breakup of my last girl.

"From my experience, there are three kinds of team compositions.
There are comps that focus on splitpushing. These champions have decent AoE in their kit, but take advantage of their mobility & ability to push towers so much so that if their opposing team does an objective like dragon or getting"

"katarina, hecarim, akali just to name a few. Use the forum search tool to look up champs that hypercarry though. We get a lot of those, and some of those threads have useful information"
