I might disagree with SS. Vayne is about single target take-down, and nothing does that better than PD.
I'm not as upset with randiuns vs warmogs, though. You'll need to stack some armor if your heart's set on to"

"I'd actually say zephyr. Zephyr gives sexy MS, which means you will be totally unkitable (if that was an issue in the 1st place)
Plus building a zephyr means that you can get ninja tabi, which will likely strengthen your laning phase, and will reduce the damage you could take from the opp"

"But glitterlance + whimsy + wild growth mean that your ADC gets a free 1.5xGiant Belt, And can kite for days. Plus, i've used glitterlance to disengage from an enemy team shurelya's initiate. That's always pretty fun."
