"Xerath does horrible vs AD assassins.
Good picks are Ryze, Rumble, Swain, Malphite and Vladimir. Vs Talon at least, Mord has an early advantage, but later on when Talon's got his full burst and some AD he takes the advantage. Mord's shield counters harass, not burst.
