"Going Precision-Inspiration will give slightly more attack speed, but the Inspiration runes are way worse than the Sorcery runes. If you want early attack speed just rush berserker's greaves."

"You could take it and it wouldn't screw you too hard since it's just a rune, but as far as runes go it's much worse than celerity and gathering storm."
