"I can't speak for Fizz because I don't play him very often, and suck 50% of the games I play him in, but with Talon you just take whatever cs you can without taking too much harass, and when you hit lvl 3, jump on 'em and drop their HP as low as possible, leaving 1 message loud and clear in their mi"

Back at 1224 now. And talon isn't really a carry. Most I can do is roam early-game to TRY and get my team fed, or at least build a cs advantage over their enemies, but then in teamfights, all I can do is kill 1"
