"I suggest taking away the point in Havoc and replacing it for Vampirism. Havoc is probably one of the worst masteries in the game right now. Assuming you have 250 AD, you only do 3.5 more damage with Havoc. The difference is too small, and you benefit greater from 3% lifesteal due to min"
