"If you're going to replace I.E. with Last Whisper then you should take Last Whisper as the last item, or at least, after the first 2 Bloodthirsters. Early-game your enemies have very little armor, and so it's pointless ignoring 40% of that armor. Late-game though is where the tanks will have built u"
