"veigar plays so passively in early laning and it's hard to land arcane comet just from baleful strike alone since it doesn't CC them, so overall it doesn't really add too much to veigar's kit until later on, where his damage is already massive and arcane comet's damage is barely "

"Hypercarries are ADCs with extremely good late-games, and ashe isn't one of them. Hypercarries are kog'maw, jinx, vayne, twitch, and depending on who you ask, possibly tristana."

"arcane comet is good too, it's just not as good as unsealed spellbook. Although with that setup you should take celerity, scorch and magical footwear instead of cosmic insight."

"ezreal's late-game isn't the best, he shines at 2-3 items and then begins to fall off. Still, his late-game isn't terrible, and if you land all your skillshots and build appropriately for the situation (like building last whisper vs lots of armor) you should be able to carry."

"I'm in charge of updating these guides from now on, and in future a lot of the content will end up being rewritten by me as the champion/game changes, such as the runes and items sections. "Vast majority" is the wording I chose because it'll always be accurate, I'll never have to update it"
