"You can proc it super easily and frequently on blinding dart and it makes teemo's harass even harder to deal with, and teemo is all about laning phase while gathering storm is all about late-game."

"press the attack was stronger than lethal tempo up until last patch. That being said, fleet footwork is now stronger than both of them and I've switched my guide to that."

"I have different runes from the standard for Kalista + Ezreal and I'll be adding Fleet Footwork to some as the recent buffs have made it good, but almost all ADCs want Precision -> Sorcery. Can't help that it's the best on all of them."
