"You're right, Cait is a bit weak at the moment. I have tested Cait builds but I actually didn't like Firecannon second so I've swapped away from that for now since Stormrazor seems to be better."

"navori quickblades in my experience has been invaluable on kai'sa, and unfortunately navori quickblades and guinsoo's rageblade are incompatible. For now I'm leaning towards navori quickblades being the most valuable of the two, meaning you go with that and not guinsoo's ragebl"

"Forgot to respond but thanks for reminding me about cosmic insight, I forgot that it doesn't give CDR/Ability Haste anymore. It's probably not worth it anymore, I've switched over to approach velocity as it helps you faster reach targets you've hit with wither.
