"The point behind the dark seal isn't to get stacks, it's mainly that it gives flat mana rather than mana regen, which increases your mana return on nether blade and increases the damage of your rift walk.
That being said, corrupting potion is a safer alternative if you prefer that"

"CS indeed plays a big factor on getting an S on any ADC. Aside from that it just requires you to perform well in general, so there's no easy way to get an S. Just make sure you're always farming so when you have a good game you're more likely to get an S."
