"ninja tabi is indeed a viable option if you feel you need the protection. It's especially good against champions that rely on auto-attacks to kill you like shaco or twitch. I wouldn't build them every game but they're certainly good to build in a large number of games."

"AP glyphs are better than magic resist glyphs since you'll have so many pots early on and won't be the main focus of the enemy support even if they deal a lot of magic damage. Helps that it increases the strength of sona's heal for both herself and her ADC too.
