"warlord's bloodlust is just way better in lane, especially since it can be hard to proc thunderlord's decree outside of all-ins. Out of lane it's still better in any situation where you're taking damage, and if you're not taking damage then fervor of battle would be the next optimal keys"

"Basically every support deals mainly magic damage, so MR is good even in lane, especialy in the current meta where most supports are mages who will often deal more magic damage in lane than the ADC will deal physical damage, making starting the lane with 1 MR almost as bad as starting with 1 "
