"Vayne either, she was strong ever since the buff to her Q that had her 3-shotting people with the crit build. Since that buff was reverted her win rate dropped a lot into something more sensible.
Also, Twitch's new W is also a large part of what's made him strong, it was a huge buff to his laning"

"Masters that have more LP than the lowest Challengers get promoted to take their spot in Challenger during the next promotion update (just before 12 AM I think). Since Challenger isn't full yet, every Master has enough LP to promote to Challenger. You just need to win your Master promos and y"
