"Ever since the nerf which increased volley's mana cost by 20 I feel like ashe has a big issue with mana. 20 mana might not seem like much on paper, but 50 mana to 70 mana is a 40% cost increase which is absolutely massive, especially on the one spell that you're meant to be spamming for hara"

1. 3 points into E is fine but I wouldn't put any more into it so you can still have Q maxed by level 10. It gives more laning power which can sometimes be necessary at the expense of scaling, but you don't want to sacrifice too much scaling as nasus, so 3 points is optim"

"They're both fine, but scorch is the most-used by far across all Elos. It's just personal preference though. Also worth noting that it procs off of Q on its own, you don't have to EQ if you're in a matchup where it's too risky."
