"It's based on rank yes, but not too much. Diamond 5-1's are usually more likely to hold the #1 rank on a champion over Challenger players.
KDA ratio (kills+assists divided by deaths) is the most important factor, next to games played. Win/loss doesn't matter, seeing as it prides itself on "j"
