"Shiv is also my favourite, and as far as I can tell it's also the best still. I've heard Firecannon can be good on Lucian seeing as it gives you the extra range to proc your passive on, but I've never tried it."

"I've tried it but I feel like IE is too expensive for that build to ever be desirable over a Shiv-like item. Shiv/Firecannon/Runaan's/PD are way cheaper and give a much quicker powerspike."
