"Why wouldn't you just use CDR/lvl glyphs if you value CDR so highly? They're meta on ahri and every other AP mage anyway, and while you won't cap out as soon as 15 minutes, you will still end up with 40% CDR late-game, and very near the cap until then, and you'll have more damage throughout the "
