If it's a general ADC rune page, it should have 9 flat MR. 6 scaling MR would be a specialized rune page for late-game if your lane opponents don't do much magic damage."

"Well yeah, pretty much every ADC does a ton of AA damage, so you'll almost always get more damage out of more attack speed in laning phase especially. Late-game it's debatable, as Sivir's Q is really good poke, but do you have the mana to sustain even more Q spam?"
