"Good guide, but you put too much emphasis on shredding armor. The point of armor pen runes isn't to shred armor, it's just that they scale better than AD runes whereas AD runes give you a better early-game and help you farm (even with perfect CS'ing skills, you will still get more last-hits with AD "
