"Oh wow, they fixed more things than just that with Talon's ult. You can now cast Youmuu's and use HP pots during your ult without ending it too. The Youmuu's part is especially good, much better than being able to Flash in it."

Rune Changes Discussion
I've started using flat HP for now on Talon and AP casters, and am using scaling CDR on all champs I used to use flat CDR on. No changes to marks and quints.
