"martial mastery = strongest early-game mastery in the offense tree. Renekton = dominant early laner, falls off late-game.
There is absolutely no reason to put so many points in the offense tree if you're not trying to maximize his early-game damage."

"talon is definitely under-rated, but I don't know if he's as strong as the top tier champs. I would definitely say he's tier 2 though.
swain also, dunno why he's so under-rated when he has insane damage and it takes at least 3 people to kill him each team-fight.
