"Sorry for the late response, forgot to reply to this. I haven't seen any jungle aatrox but I would assume electrocute would be much better than dark harvest. W max sounds interesting, but I'm pretty sure Q max would give you faster clears, especially on non-raptor camps."

"Luden's Echo is generally what you want to rush on Veigar, yes. Zhonya's is good vs Zed but against LeBlanc Banshee's Veil is better. Good early purchases are lost chapter and other luden's echo components, as well as getting boots of speed with your leftover gold at some point early on."
