Most relevant information is included, but your formatting could be improved. For example, in the items section, you can put the icons one line above the description or even the icon.

- Inefficient items
- No need for mana regen seals, armor seals are better
- CDR glyphs are compeltely unneeded on an autoattack based adc like jinx. (maybe a caster adc like ezreal)
