Nice build, always interested in seeing other ways to play Shen, I'm just curious about some things if you wouldn't mind be asking.
Seems to be a lack of playstyle guidelines for shen, would be nice for you to update that

"Basically Shen will work well with any play style, the masteries are just a guideline, 1 point or 3 won't really make any game changing differences.
Exhaust Ignite is a fine combination but it leaves you with no escapes or chasing abilities which is the reason I choose ghost.

Fortify is ok but Exhaust is a better tank utility as your job is to shutdown their carry
