"Yes it's a decent way to get some nice extra AD in the mid-late game and having access to something like ultimate hat or another rune in sorecry is good. I think it's my second fav tree. The resolve one is undertuned but it will be good if it gets a buff.

"Tooltip bug, it does work.
Go into practice tool at level 1, buy 5 BF swords and Q through the dummy. Then do the same without Sudden Impact and it'll do less damage."
