"That's incorrect because of the way Graves will scale with crit, his role in the game and how much damage he will deal with stacking crit.
Of course Graves will deal the most damage with an IE+PD combo (you don't have room for anything more than that) as Crit > anything else when it co"

"I have a whole section dedicated to lethality and crit chance isn't something you build on Graves. There is never a situation where buying more than PD is good on Graves in the current meta."

Hurricane is the worst Zeal item for Jhin, it's not garbage but there is no reason to buy it over the other 3 options.
Bortk is only good on champions who can proc the onhit fairly often. Jhin cannot so Jhin can't use it effectively.
So Hurricane is "viable" but bortk "
