Boots are a must for Jhin. I rarely trade them out even at 6 items just because the base movement speed and the stats they offer are often mo"

There are only 3 champions I would take these over scaling HP (unless you don't have scaling HP but do have flat). LeBlanc, Ryze and Syndra. They make you the most tanky out of any seal but they scale the wors"
