Whether they may be low tier or not, I always end up using them. Been maining Chun-Li in SFIV and would never go in a serious match without X-23 in UMvC"

I was only about 2-3 weeks into the game a couple of months back, when I needed another champion since I only had about 3 or 4. I chose her since she only cost 450 IP, but I've never even used her once since then"
