No, no it's not. Not at all. Volibear benefits greatly from both attack speed and CDR. Those two stat boosts, in my opinion, are enough reason to purchase Nashor's for him. But the AP and mana doesn't hurt either."

"Excellent guide! Best one published for the bear right now, in my opinion. I definitely prefer the Trinity Force over Frozen Mallet on him, but that's just a play-style thing. I also do take Spirit Visage over Wit's End, but only because I already gain attack speed from Trinity For"
