For a guide to be considered a 'full guide' and show up in the guide tab for Veigar you need to match some requirements. If I'm not mistaken that requires you have a minimum amount of characters...

First things first, Lulu is never meant to be a damage-oriented champion. Even in top/mid where you're building a lot of AP, she's a lot more effective if you use your spells to buff up your team...

"Not true, Lulu's utility scales very well with AP (damage) items. If you can afford to buy AP items (as in: you don't have to prioritize Mikaels/Locket) it's often pretty good. Below I'll write some stuff down on my experiences with Lulu. "
