"Just fyi, I built a system with an R9 280 yesterday for a friend (pretty much the same as this one: i3 4160 and R9 280) and it runs super cool. 60 degrees max under gaming load and 36 in idle. System runs great. The i3 maxes at about 60-65 degrees with the stock cooler.
